Housing offerings will continue to grow in Waunakee with the path cleared for construction of five stacked flat residential buildings as a part of the Woodland Crest development.
Each two-story building will house 10 units each, making up a total of 50, and be located along the eastern side of Simon Crestway, north of Peaceful Valley Parkway.
They are planned to consist of either one or two bedrooms. Each will have a private driveway stall and single bay garage with direct access to the unit.
The Waunakee Village Board unanimously a development agreement (DA) for the project with Forward Development Group of Verona at its meeting on Monday, July 20. This was the last step needed before Forward could begin acquiring building permits for the project...
