A new, 157,000-square-foot, 16-story student housing development at North Frances and West Gilman streets aims to provide students with housing for the 2028 fall semester.
Developed by Villas Student Housing and designed by Rhode Partners, this will be the fourth student housing project for Rhode Partners. The building will also have below-grade parking and retail space, and 466 bedrooms.
