Redevelopment could be coming to a famous site at the intersection of John Nolen Drive and Olin Avenue.
Range Hill Partners, which develops multifamily housing in Madison and Charlottesville, Virginia, is proposing a seven-story, 190-unit apartment building on the site of the old Wonder Bar and Coliseum Bar across from Olin Park.
Apartments would range from studio to three-bedroom units at market rates, with two stories of enclosed parking on lower floors and 1,600 square feet of ground floor commercial space...
