Two affordable housing projects could bring 529 new apartments to Madison's west side, both in District 19 and both requesting city financing backed by Tax Increment District funds.
The proposals are listed as file numbers 93149 and 93150 in the Common Council new business summaries from the May 19 meeting. Together, they seek a combined $4.9 million in TID-supported General Obligation borrowing across two separate TIDs.
