dropped its lawsuit against Zillow this week after the portal giant
quietly revised the listing policy that sparked the dispute. What
started as a hard line threatening to sideline listings not uploaded
within 24 hours has softened into something more accommodating, allowing
pre-market exposure on Zillow before properties hit the MLS. That shift
gave Compass what it wanted in practice even without a courtroom
