...Core plans to deliver three more projects in Madison set to deliver between 2026 and 2028, including: -
West Johnson & North Bassett Street: Set to deliver in 2026, the
12-story project will feature 235 units, 910 beds, and over 20,000 SF of
amenity space.
- West Johnson & North Broom Street: A
15-story, 474-unit, 1,730-bed community, which will feature studio
through five-bedroom units and duplex townhomes with 4,000 square feet
of retail space. This project will implement Core’s student affordable
program, in which 10% of the beds will be offered at a 40% discount to
market rate. Construction is slated to begin in fall 2024, with project
completion expected in 2027 ahead of the 2027-28 school year

North Frances and West Johnson (Saxony opportunity): A 15-story,
392-unit, 1,330-bed community. This community will also feature the
student affordable program, bringing 200 affordable beds to market.
Project completion expected in 2028.
