A development project at 1302 S Midvale Blvd. in Madison, WI 53711 was discussed at a meeting of the Development Assistance Team (DAT) this summer. The DAT is made up of city staff from various agencies. They provide feedback on development projects. The developers have given a sneak peek of their Urban Design Commission (UDC) presentation, even though the project is not yet listed in Legistar.The proposed development will have about 9,500 SF of retail space on the first floor. This could be rented to a single large tenant or divided for up to four smaller tenants. The building will also have 55 apartment units. These will include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
