The rise and rise of Hybrid and why we’re already wrong.

 We have a tendency as a society. When a new thing comes along, especially in technology to anoint it as the next big thing and dismiss the old thing as being bad, or invaluable (Remember when 3D TVs were going to be everything). At least in its infancy, there is a groundswell towards the shiny new thing that’s going to be better than anything before it.

Over the past 2 years, we were stuck in conversations relating to when, how, and why will we ultimately return to the office? And everything will go back to "Normal". We are now faced with the shiny new thing as we`ve moved past the “remote versus office” conversation.
