An egg-centric fast-casual chain is planning to expand its store count in 2024. South Carolina-based Eggs Up Grill has announced the signing of four new franchise groups so far this year, and adding more than 15 commitments to its development pipeline. Perfect location for a breakfast mtg or appointment. Alas, only open for breakfast/brunch was not enough income to sustain and it closed after 5 years....I helped them price and put it on the market. Was a sad day.
