One other factor, many restaurants couldn`t survive the loss of customers when covid hit. So, if employees do return to the office, especially in CBD`s, there are less places to go. Lines may be long and staff shortages abound and make the 1 hour lunch more of a 1.5 hour lunch. To me, that is where employers can help..a longer lunch hour.
