7-Eleven is moving forward with efforts to make in-store shopping as frictionless as possible.

The convenience giant is piloting a 700-sq.-ft. cashierless store with employees at its Irving, Texas, headquarters. RSK: I suppose the theft aspect will outweigh having to hire and pay people to be cashiers....especially the night shift and robberies. Jury is still out however. And who said Tech and AI isn`t important in retail and CRE?
